Course Cancellation Fee

No penalty if canceled by October 8, 2025. Cancellations between October 9, 2025, and November 8, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after November 8, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through November 5, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Limited rooms available for the weekend. Name changes on or other transfers of room reservations will not be accepted by hotel after November 5, 2025.

Room rates are per night and subject to applicable state and local taxes and applicable resort charges, currently 15% resort charge, 12.5% tax, government environmental and AHATA levy of $3.50 per room, per night, and hotel specific fees in effect at Hotel at the time of stay. Porterage (bellmen) charges and Housekeeping gratuities are mandatory and are currently established at $10.64 per person (based on 2 bags per person), round trip and $7.45 per room, per day, respectively, inclusive of tax (currently 6.38%). Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.

Starting July 1st, 2024, Aruba will implement a $20 Sustainability Fee for visitors arriving by air to the island. This fee will support a number of projects aimed at enhancing and improving sustainability efforts on the island.

The sustainability fee will be charged through the online Embarkation & Disembarkation (ED) Card platform while one is completing the ED card to enter Aruba.

The online Embarkation/ Disembarkation (ED) card is a pre-registration form required to enter Aruba. As per the country's immigration policy, all incoming tourists must fully complete the online ED card application. It's an essential entry requirement that you can complete quickly and easily online up to 7 days prior to arrival. Simply enter your details into the relevant fields, and upon a successful submission you'll receive an affirmation by email. A passenger that claims to be exempted from completion of the ED Card application due to citizenship, must provide basic information to confirm visitor status. Pursuant to their status they will receive a confirmation by email.

PARKING: Resort guests enjoy complimentary self-parking, available across the street. Valet parking is $20/day. Parking fees subject to change.
