No penalty if canceled by November 23, 2022. Cancellations between November 24, 2022, and December 24, 2022, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after December 24, 2022, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Group room rates starting at $319 per night.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through December 30, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are per night and subject to a 21% charge that includes the Cable Beach Resort Association levy, the Nassau Paradise Island Promotion Board levy, and all applicable VATS, subject to change. Additional charges include a Porterage and Housekeeping service charge of $20.63 per room, per day and Resort Fee of $59+ 10% VAT per room, per day plus applicable tax.
The Daily Resort Fee provides for use of resort activities and amenities:

• Non-motorized water sports: Single & Double Kayaks, Personal Water Float, Stand Up Paddle Boards, Zayak – Water Facing Kayaks (reef boards) & Clear Bottom Kayaks

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 2 night's deposit plus tax due at time of booking to hold your room. Group room rate only available via NWS/NWWT reservation link. Checks not accepted for hotel.
CANCELLATIONS:Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside of 14 days of arrival will forfeit 2 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply.
