No penalty if canceled by January 25, 2023. Cancellations between January 26, 2023, and February 25, 2023, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after February 25, 2023, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through Midnight (MDT) on February 22, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out early, and rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly.
All hotel rates are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to current exchange rates at the time of processing by the hotel.
NWS/NWWT room rates include a $9 CAD per room per day maid/porterage service charge and complimentary standard wireless internet access in guest room.
