No penalty if canceled by July 23, 2025. Cancellations between July 24, 2025, and August 23, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after August 23, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.
We recommend that you reserve your accommodations well in advance and prior to registering for the meeting to avoid disappointment. We have a block of rooms for seminar participants. Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through August 18, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out early, and rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly.
All hotel rates are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to current exchange rates at the time of processing by the hotel.
Group room rates include a service charge of $9 CAD plus applicable taxes per room per day to cover porterage and housekeeping. Group Rates are subject to the following taxes: Tourism Improvement Fee 2%, Alberta Tourism Levy 4% and Federal Goods & Service Tax 5%. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.

PARKING: Parking is reduced for NWAS attendees as follows: Registered attendees that are hotel guests: Daily self-parking $25+tax CAD; daily valet parking $39+tax CAD. Daily parking fees will be charged directly to your guest room. For attendees that are NOT staying at the hotel, self-parking for 5 hours or less, pay at the parking machine for the hourly rate of $5 per hour. For attendees that are NOT staying at the hotel, if parking for more than 5 hours, visit the Front Desk to receive the discounted rate of $25+tax CAD for full-day parking. Parking is not available for oversized vehicles. Parking rates subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Checks are not accepted for reservations due to exchange rates.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received by the hotel after 4pm MST inside 14 days of reserved arrival date will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax. Early departure fees apply. If you check out prior to your reserved departure date, you will be charged a penalty for 1 night's stay plus tax. If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
