No penalty if canceled by April 18, 2024. Cancellations between April 19, 2024, and May 19, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after May 19, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Group room rates include complimentary WIFI for basic needs, complimentary full breakfast buffet daily in hotel restaurant, complimentary evening reception from 5pm-6:30pm daily, self-parking rate of $15 + per car, per night, use of 24-hour fitness center, outdoor pool and business center. CANCELLATIONS: Guest room reservations must be cancelled directly with the hotel and a cancellation number obtained no later than by 6pm MDT, 2 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee of 1 night + tax. If the reservation is not cancelled and the guest fails to arrive as scheduled, a no-show fee of 1 night + tax will apply. Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged a penalty of 1 night + tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
