No penalty if canceled by August 27, 2022. Cancellations between August 28, 2022, and September 27, 2022, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after September 27, 2022, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only. The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through September 27, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are subject to state and local taxes, currently 14.75% and $3.50 per room, per night occupancy fee and mandatory porterage gratuities of $9.96 per bag, roundtrip. Tax and gratuity rates subject to change without notice.

• Maximum 3 people in King room; 1 rollaway bed permitted for an approximate fee of $30 plus tax, per day.
• Maximum 4 people in room with 2 Double beds; rollaway bed not permitted.
• All rooms and public areas of the hotel are non-smoking. Violators of this policy may be fined up to $250.

Valet parking only at the hotel. Approximate charge is $50 per car, per day for overnight guests. SUVs are subject to additional charges.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation received by the hotel inside of 72 hours of arrival will forfeit 1 night's room and tax. An early departure fee equal to one 1 night's room and tax may apply for a change resulting in an earlier departure changed after midnight on the day of arrival. A change to the departure date made prior to midnight on the day of arrival will not result in an early departure fee.
