No penalty if canceled by July 9, 2025. Cancellations between July 10, 2025, and August 9, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after August 9, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through August 8, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Group room rates are subject to applicable VAT (currently 5%) plus city tax (currently 4%) in effect at the time of check in, and €8 EUR per person, per stay porterage fee.

Group room rates include complimentary buffet breakfast each morning in the hotel's restaurant, Internet access and complimentary access to the spa (treatments additional) and access to 24-hour fitness club.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations or change of reservation accepted by hotel without penalty until 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or change of reservation received by hotel inside 30 days of arrival will be charged for the entire reserved stay + VAT and tax. This includes shortening your stay or changing room type. Hotel policy - No exceptions allowed for any reason.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay + Vat and tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
