No penalty if canceled by May 15, 2025. Cancellations between May 16, 2025, and June 15, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after June 15, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.
We recommend that you reserve your accommodations well in advance and prior to registering for the meeting to avoid disappointment. We have a block of rooms for seminar participants. Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through June 12, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Those who book via NWS/NWWT group reservation link ONLY will receive a discounted* resort fee of $20 + tax, per room, per night, and discounted** valet parking of $20 + tax per car, per night.
*Resort Fee reduced to $20 + tax for those who book their room via NWS/NWWT group reservation link only (otherwise, it's approximately $35 + tax, per room, per night). Resort fee includes: access to the state of the art Gulf Front Fitness Center, unlimited local calls and toll free number access, wired and wireless internet access for guestroom and public space (meeting space excluded), daily newspaper, in room coffee and two bottles of water, nightly shoe shine, access to the Business Center and beach/pool towels and bike rental (2 per room). Resort fee inclusions subject to change without notice.
No charge for children under age 18 sharing a room with parents utilizing existing bedding. A $30 extra person fee may apply for additional guests over 18 years of age. Max occupancy in King rooms 3 people, max occupancy in 2 Queen room is 5 people, regardless of age.
Reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older and must be present at the time of check-in.
**Room rates do not include a $20 per night Valet Parking Charge (discounted from $40 for those who book through NWS/NWWT only). Self-parking is not available.
Due to the limited parking available on the beach and height restrictions of the garage, large items such as trailers, conversion vans and trucks, boats, RVs, jet skis, and vehicles over seven feet cannot be accommodated.
Space is limited in our group room block.

A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.

Approximately 7 days prior to arrival, the hotel will automatically charge the credit card provided for the entire reserved stay plus tax. Group rooms rates are limited and available only through the NWS/NWWT reservation link (available approx. 1 year prior to the meeting).
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by the hotel until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation of room reservations received by the hotel inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit the entire reserved stay plus tax. Early departure fees apply.
