No penalty if canceled by February 17, 2024. Cancellations between February 18, 2024, and March 19, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after March 19, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

PARKING: Self parking is not available. Valet parking is discounted for NWS attendees: Overnight Valet parking to reduced to $35/night plus tax. Valet day parking reduced to $15/day plus tax on Friday-Sunday, and $10/day plus tax, Monday-Thursday.

Any changes requested for individual reservations must be made directly through the Virgin Hotels Dallas Reservation Department and submitted in writing at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
