No penalty if canceled by September 3, 2025. Cancellations between September 4, 2025, and October 4, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after October 4, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through October 3, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are per night and subject to applicable tax (currently 13%) in effect at the time of check-out, plus 11% service charge and reduced resort fee* of $40 + tax per room, per day. Prices are quoted in USD.
Westin Resorts are 100% smoke-free. Smoking on Hotel premises is prohibited and smoking in guestrooms or guestroom balconies will incur a $250 cleaning charge.
*Resort Fee is reduced to $40 + tax, per room, per night that book their room via NWS/NWWT reservation link only (otherwise, it's approximately $75 + tax, per room, per night). Resort fee includes the following added values:
High-speed Internet access in guest rooms and public space (3MB for up to 3 devices per room, excludes meeting rooms), mini refrigerator in guest room, complimentary self-parking, 24-Hour Westin Workout Fitness Center, pool and beach Ambassador service, use of Hibiscus Spa facilities (sauna, hot tub and steam room) based on availability - treatments additional, live music daily and weekly activities scheduled seasonally.
