No penalty if canceled by March 26, 2025. Cancellations between March 27, 2025, and April 26, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after April 26, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through April 23, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out early, and rooms for the weekends are extremely limited, so plan accordingly.

PARKING: Self and Valet parking is approximately $40 + tax per vehicle, per night, and includes in/out privileges. Each reservation is limited to a maximum of 2 cars. Self parking for non-hotel guests coming to the resort to attend the meeting is approx. $12 + tax for the first hour and $5 + tax for every half hour thereafter, up to $40 + tax per vehicle, per day. Parking fees subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty up to 5 business days prior to arrival.
