The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through April 26, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Rates are per night and are subject to 14.962% tax, discounted Resort Fee* of $10 plus 14.962% tax per night, $8.50 per person porterage round-trip, and $2.50 per room, per night housekeeping gratuity. Tax and mandatory gratuities rates subject to change without notice.
• No charge for children under the age of 18 years sharing the same room with their parents and utilizing existing bedding.
• Maximum occupancy of 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children per room.
• 1 King or 2 Queen beds based on hotel availability.
• $75 per rollaway bed fee applies (unless paying for the triple/quad occupancy rate). Rollaway beds are not allowed in rooms with 2 Queen beds.
Daily Resort Fee is reduced to $10 plus tax, per room per night for guests that book their room through NWS/NWWT ONLY (otherwise, resort fee is approx. $40 plus tax, per room, per night).

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 2 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations and reductions in length of stay accepted until 35 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or reductions in length of stay received inside of 35 days of arrival will be charged the amount for full originally reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable).
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
