No penalty if canceled by September 4, 2024. Cancellations between September 5, 2024, and October 5, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after October 5, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Group room rates starting at $499 per night.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through September 17, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are per night and subject to 13.25% Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT), 4.712% General Excise Tax (GET), mandatory porterage fee of $6.50 each way, per person, and mandatory room attendant fee of $5 per room, per night. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.
The Resort reserves the right to assign bedding based on availability. The Resort has a limited number of guest rooms that can accommodate a rollaway bed. Occupancy is limited to two adults or two adults and up to two children as long as all guests can be accommodated in the existing bedding. Any additional occupants 18 years of age or older will be subject to an additional charge of $150 per person, per night, plus applicable taxes.
The Resort is in compliance with the Hawaii State law, which prohibits smoking of tobacco and electronic smoking devices (e-cigarettes) in all guestrooms, restaurants, general public areas. All areas under roof are smoke-free. Established designated smoking areas are available. Any fees for smoking/vaping damages will be charged to the individual guest room folio.
Nightly resort fee is WAIVED for those that book their room using group's reservation method/Group Code only (otherwise, the Resort Fee is approximately $45 + tax per room, per night).
Resort Fee includes:
• Daily Activities with Living Culture
• Holoholo Kids Crew daily programs for children ages 5-12 (meals additional)
• 24-hour access to Auberge Fitness Center (located on-site)
• Use of the Resort's Beach Cruisers, based on availability
• Local phone calls
• Use of lap pool and fitness facilities at the Mauna Lani Sports Club (aka Mauna Lani Wellness Center)
• Standard WIFI in all rooms/suites and public areas (excludes meeting rooms)
• Guest Services to provide individual transfers within the Mauna
