No penalty if canceled by August 6, 2025. Cancellations between August 7, 2025, and September 6, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after September 6, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Porterage gratuity of $11.80 inclusive of tax ($5.00in/$5.00out) per person, round trip applies if utilized during your stay. Porterage and taxes are subject to change without notice.
Maximum guest capacity is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Children 17 years and under traveling with an adult are complimentary when utilizing existing bedding in the same room. If requested, a rollaway bed is $40 + tax, per night. Third person charge of $75 + tax, per night applies to a third adult occupying the same room. Prices subject to change.
A daily $4 per room contribution will be charged to your guest room folio for the Moku Pūlama Fund that provides guests with an opportunity to directly contribute towards caring for Hawai’i and creating a sustainable future for generations to come with donations going to help the Hawaiian Legacy Reforestation Initiative – planting endemic trees on 1,200 acres, ClimbHI – Hawaii’s youth development for education and future employment, Charlie Cart – affordable and comprehensive food education program for K-12 students and more. If you wish to opt out of this donation, please advise the front desk at check in and check out.
