No penalty if canceled by September 17, 2025. Cancellations between September 18, 2025, and October 18, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after October 18, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

Room rates are subject to Transient Accommodations Tax (TAT) of 13.25% and General Excise Tax (GET) of 4.712%. Taxes are subject to change without notice.
Mandatory Porterage fee of $6.50 in and $6.50 out, per person; and a Mandatory Room Attendant fee of $5 per room per night.
Daily Resort Fee is waived for those who book their room through NWS/NWWT group reservation methods ONLY and will be reflected upon check out (otherwise, it is approximately $55 + tax, per room, per day). Resort Fee amenities include:: Daily yoga class, Stand up paddle board usage at Kainalu Sports (1 hour use per guest), use of rental clubs at the Mauna Lani Golf Club driving range and wikiwiki course, Tennis and pickleball court usage and equipment rental at the Mauna Lani Tennis Garden, snorkel gear (1 hour use per guest), Use of Resort's beach cruiser bicycles, 24-hour access to on-site fitness center, resort driver to shuttle guests within the Mauna Lani Resort, complimentary welcome lei and non-alcoholic refreshment upon arrival for all guest, Holoholo kids program offered daily (ages 5-12 from 9am-2pm), Living culture daily activities, Standard Wi-Fi in all rooms/suites and public areas (excluding the meeting room), waters in room/suites (2 bottles per room), refreshed daily, Nespresso pods and tea bags provided in all rooms/suites, refreshed daily. Resort fee inclusions are subject to change without notice.
