No penalty if canceled by September 27, 2023. Cancellations between September 28, 2023, and October 28, 2023, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after October 28, 2023, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Those who book via NWS/NWWT group reservation link/or by calling the hotel directly and requesting a room in our group block ONLY will receive a Reduced* Residence Fee of $18 + tax, per room, per night (reflected upon check out).
