No penalty if canceled by September 29, 2023. Cancellations between September 30, 2023, and October 30, 2023, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after October 30, 2023, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through October 27, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are per night and are subject to 14.5% tax and reduced* Resort fee of $20 plus tax, per room, per day.
*The Resort Services Fee is reduced to $20 + 13.5% tax per room, per night for those who book their room through NWS/NWWT's reservation link only (otherwise, it’s approximately $45 + tax per room, per night).

Visitor Day parking $10 plus tax, per day. No boats, trailers and/or RV parking on property. Parking fees subject to change without notice.
