No penalty if canceled by September 10, 2025. Cancellations between September 11, 2025, and October 11, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after October 11, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The approx. $30 + tax per room, per day Destination Amenity Fee is waived for those who book their room through NWS/NWWT group reservation methods ONLY and will be reflected upon check out. Group's waived Destination Amenity Fee amenities include: Complimentary Coffee/Tea in the lobby, Daily Morning Yoga class, Complimentary Fitness center access, 1-hour Complimentary Electric Bike rental (per stay, per guest), Purified water stations throughout hotel, Daily S'mores kits, Nightly Local Vintner Pour, Wireless in-room high speed internet in guestrooms.
