No penalty if canceled by August 28, 2025. Cancellations between August 29, 2025, and September 28, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after September 28, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through September 25, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received by the hotel inside of 72 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax. An early departure fee of one night's stay plus tax will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled check out date.
