No penalty if canceled by January 3, 2024. Cancellations between January 4, 2024, and February 3, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after February 3, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through February 1, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Limited rooms available for the weekend.
As an added bonus the Destination Fee of $45 per room, per night will be WAIVED for those who book their room via the NWS/NWWT reservation link/Group booking code.

PARKING: Valet Parking is available at a cost of $67 for standard vehicles per night and $77 for oversize vehicles. However, it does not include in and out privileges nor self-parking option. Valet parking is located at hotels 58th street entrance. Parking fees subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for one night's deposit plus tax required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Group room rates only available through NWS/NWWT reservation link/Group booking code which will be available approximately 1 year prior to the meeting.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations received by the hotel inside of 5 days prior to arrival are subject to a one-night cancellation fee. Early departure and no-show fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax.
