No penalty if canceled by October 15, 2022. Cancellations between October 16, 2022, and November 15, 2022, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after November 15, 2022, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

The Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa does not have a resort fee. Instead, guests can enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival, Wi-Fi access, coffee makers in guestrooms and coffee in the lobby from 6am-8am, daily water-bottles in guestrooms, daily newspaper delivery, and health-club access 24 hours. Resort amenities subject to change without notice.
PARKING: Valet parking only at the hotel. Approximate fee is $35 plus tax, per vehicle, per night. Parking fees subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted without penalty until 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received by the hotel inside of 14 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 2 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
