No penalty if canceled by June 7, 2023. Cancellations between June 8, 2023, and July 8, 2023, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after July 8, 2023, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Group room rates starting at €295 per night
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through July 4, 2023 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Group room rates include daily buffet breakfast in one of the hotel's restaurants, complimentary basic WI-FI access in guest rooms and public ares (excludes meeting rooms), complimentary access to the Spa, Hammam, sauna and Jacuzzi (treatments additional), complimentary access to 24 hour fitness center, and use of coffee/tea maker in guest room. Daily buffet breakfast is typically served from 7am-10am on weekdays, and from 7am-10:30am on weekends; times subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 35 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received inside of 35 days of arrival will forfeit the amount for their entire stay. No exceptions for any reason including health, weather or travel issues. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay.
