No penalty if canceled by December 11, 2024. Cancellations between December 12, 2024, and January 11, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after January 11, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.
We recommend that you reserve your accommodations well in advance and prior to registering for the meeting to avoid disappointment. We have a block of rooms for seminar participants. Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through December 9, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Daily Resort Fee is reduced to $30, per room, per night for those that book their room via NWS/NWWT group reservation methods ONLY (otherwise, it's approximately $35 per room, per night, subject to change).

PARKING: Overnight hotel guests can utilize self-parking in the onsite heated, secured underground garage facility, discounted to $25/night for those that booked their room via NWS/NWWT reservation methods (otherwise, it is approximately $35/night). There is a self-parking parking charge for non-overnight hotel guests coming to the hotel to attend the meeting, Approx $35/day. Parking rates subject to change without notice.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night plus tax deposit due at time of booking to hold your room. On or around December 9, 2024, the credit card provided will be automatically charged by the hotel for the full remaining amount for the entire reserved stay plus tax.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by the hotel without penalty until 60 days prior to arrival. Inside 60 days of arrival, you will be penalized for the entire reserved stay plus tax. This includes No Shows, reductions in length of stay, late arrivals or early departure. Strict group hotel policy—No exceptions allowed for any reason, including health, travel issues or weather related reasons. Travel insurance recommended.
