No penalty if canceled by July 30, 2025. Cancellations between July 31, 2025, and August 30, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after August 30, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through August 27, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Name changes on, or other transfers of room reservations will not be accepted by hotel after August 27, 2025.
Group room rates are subject to tax and include daily buffet breakfast served in hotel restaurant (7am-10:30am; subject to change).
Children up to 18 years old stay free (with existing bedding) when sharing a room with a paying adult on a room only rate (additional fees apply for breakfast). Children 5 years and under staying in room with adults enjoy complimentary buffet breakfast.
Parking: Self parking is available at 25 Euro per day with in/out privileges. Valet is 25 Euro per day. Parking fees subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by hotel without penalty prior to 31 days of arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received by hotel inside 31 days of arrival will forfeit your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable).
