A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through June 16, 2022 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Rates are per night and subject to 12.75% tax.
• Group room rates include complimentary guest room Wi-Fi access for those that book via NWS/NWWT only (approx $9.95/day value).
• 1 King or 2 Double beds (based on availability at time of check-in.)
• Maximum occupancy in rooms with 1 King bed is 3 people. 1 rollaway bed permitted for a fee of $25 per night, based on hotel availability.
• Maximum occupancy in rooms with 2 Double beds is 4 people. Rollaway beds not permitted in rooms with 2 Double beds.
• All rooms non-smoking.
Hotel Parking: Valet parking only, approximately $50 per night. Parking rates are subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) required at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fee of one night's stay plus tax will apply if you depart prior to the date agreed upon at check-in. If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
