No penalty if canceled by May 28, 2025. Cancellations between May 29, 2025, and June 28, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after June 28, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.
We recommend that you reserve your accommodations well in advance and prior to registering for the meeting to avoid disappointment. We have a block of rooms for seminar participants. Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through June 27, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are per night and subject to applicable Lodgers Tax 7% and gross receipts tax of 8.1875% (currently 15.44%). Tax rates subject to change without notice.
Additional fee for each adult over double occupancy is $15 per night. Children 12 and under stay free when in same room with parents utilizing existing bedding. Rollaway beds are limited.

PARKING: Self-parking and Valet is available in the parking garage located on East San Francisco street. Parking is $30/night allowing unlimited "in-and-out" access. An early departure fee of one night's stay plus tax will be imposed on guests departing prior to their scheduled check out date. After four hours the rate will increase to $15 per vehicle, per day available between the hours of 6am and 1pm. Parking rates subject to change without notice.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card required at the time of booking to guarantee your room. Group room rates only available via NWS/NWWT reservation link.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received by the hotel inside of 72 hours of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
