A portion of the room rate is used to provide refreshments during the meeting for participants only.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through December 21, 2021 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Room rates are per night and are subject to 12% tax and *reduced Resort Fee of $20 per room, per night plus tax. Tax rates subject to change without notice.
• Maximum occupancy of 4 guests per room.
• Rollaway beds are NOT permitted in rooms with 2 Queen beds due to fire codes.
• Charges for cribs and rollaway beds may apply.
*Resort fee is reduced for those who book through NWS/NWWT only; (otherwise it is approximately $37 plus tax, per room, per night).

DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for 1 night's room, tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable) at the time of booking to reserve your room. Rate and availability not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations of room reservations received inside of 7 days of arrival will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable). Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date, you will be charged a penalty of 1 night's stay plus tax and any mandatory fees (if applicable).
If you are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Travel insurance is recommended. Please review your reservation for accuracy.
