No penalty if canceled by October 12, 2024. Cancellations between October 13, 2024, and November 12, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after November 12, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through November 19, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are subject to applicable state and local fees and taxes (currently 13% plus a $1 City of Savannah Fee and a $5 Georgia Motel/Hotel Fee), applicable service fees, and/or Hotel-specific fees in effect at the time of stay. Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.

PARKING: The Hyatt Regency Savannah has limited parking available to guests, available on a first come first serve basis. Valet Parking is approximately $40 per night; vans and oversized trucks are allowed with maximum height of van approximately 7½ feet. There is very limited space available for vans and oversized trucks. Self Parking is off-site in the Whitaker Street Garage for approximately $16 per night; in/out privileges do not apply for self parking. Parking fees are subject to change without notice.
