No penalty if canceled by October 2, 2024. Cancellations between October 3, 2024, and November 2, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after November 2, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through October 15, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
Room rates are per night and subject to 12.5% tax and 2.5% State Cost Recovery fee, plus $75 plus tax, per room, per night Resort Fee*, $6 per room, per day housekeeping gratuity, and $12 per person, round trip porterage. Taxes, fees, and gratuities subject to change without notice.
*Resort Fee Includes: Enhanced Wi-Fi (excludes meeting room), One hour of Non-Motorized Watersports for up to 2 guest per day including Kayaks, Paddle Boards, and Hobie Cats), Two welcome cocktails per room (choice of alcoholic or non-alcoholic), Sunrise Beach Yoga for up to two guest per day, and Unlimited use of Snorkel Equipment for up to two guests per day.
