No penalty if canceled by August 13, 2025. Cancellations between August 14, 2025, and September 13, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after September 13, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

Discounted group rates are available for reservations made through August 26, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Rooms with 1 King bed are extremely limited.
Group room rate include complimentary entry into the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar (a $5-$15 per person value), nightly turndown service with Silver Dollar chocolate, in-room wireless Internet, self-parking in The Wort Hotel private parking lot, use of the Fitness Center and jacuzzis, and in-room coffee.
A $5 per room, per night housekeeping gratuity and a one-time per person porterage fee of $12 are the suggested gratuities.
The entire premises of The Wort Hotel are non-smoking (including all outlets and guest rooms). Damages up to $500 will apply for any guest smoking in rooms or hotel facilities and will be billing to the individual guest folio.
Space is limited in our group room block.
