No penalty if canceled by August 29, 2023. Cancellations between August 30, 2023, and September 29, 2023, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after September 29, 2023, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

7 night, Saturday to Saturday stay required to receive discounted group room rates. Legendary All-inclusive Concept includes 7 night's accommodations (Sat-Sat), all hotel gratuities and taxes, hotel porterage, unlimited 5-Star Global Gourmet, complimentary welcome beverage, unlimited premium brand spirits, basic Wi-Fi Internet, nightly entertainment, access to fitness center, access to steam and sauna rooms (treatments are an additional cost), land and water sports including scuba diving included for certified divers*, and roundtrip airport transfers in Turks & Caicos (transportation gratuities are an additional cost, suggested at $2/bag). Gratuities not included for those with Bulter service.

This is a firm resort policy. This fee is subject to change without notice at the discretion of resort management.
*Please note: Scuba diving at the resort is geared toward the novice and is offered in the mornings which conflicts with scheduled meeting times.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $1,500 per person deposit via credit card is required at time of booking to hold your room. Balance due no later than July 21, 2023 and credit card will be charged automatically. Rooms are limited and available only through us. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations accepted without penalty until July 21, 2023. Cancellations, reduction in occupancy or length of stay, changes in room type or no-show after July 21, 2023 will result in loss of the full stay amount. No exceptions for any reason. This includes weather, health, or travel related issues. Travel insurance is recommended.
If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty up to your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
