No penalty if canceled by February 25, 2025. Cancellations between February 26, 2025, and March 28, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after March 28, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.
We recommend that you reserve your accommodations well in advance and prior to registering for the meeting to avoid disappointment. We have a block of rooms for seminar participants. Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through December 19, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Hotel sells out months in advance, so plan accordingly. 7 night, Saturday to Saturday stay required to receive discounted group room rates (Arr 4/26/25, Dept 5/3/25).
Luxury All-Inclusive Package Includes: 7 nights accommodations, all hotel gratuities and taxes, hotel porterage, 21 gourmet restaurants, complimentary welcome beverage, basic Wi-Fi Internet, nightly entertainment, access to fitness center, unlimited premium brand alcohol, access to steam and sauna rooms (treatments are an additional cost), land and water sports including scuba diving included for certified divers, and roundtrip airport transfers in Turks & Caicos (transportation gratuities are an additional cost, suggested at $2/bag). Gratuities not included for those with Butler service.

PLEASE BE AWARE:
The Beaches Resort and Spa is an all-inclusive resort. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you will be charged per person per day for entry into the resort, even if you are only attending the seminar. This is a firm resort policy. This fee is subject to change without notice at the discretion of resort management.
Approximate Beaches Turks & Caicos Day Pass costs per person, per day, per day:
HALF DAY PASS – 10am to 6pm
Adult: $370, Child: $180
FULL DAY PASS – 10am to 12am
Adult: $700, Child: $180
Scuba diving at the resort is geared toward the novice and is offered in the mornings which conflicts with scheduled meeting times.
Breakfast will NOT be served at this meeting. Breakfast is included in the Resort's all-inclusive package for those that book via NWS/NWWT. Please plan to eat prior to the meeting.
Group room rates are only available by booking directly via NWS/NWWT.
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: $1,500 per person deposit via credit card is required at time of booking to hold your room. Balance due no later than December 19, 2024 and credit card will be charged automatically. Rooms are limited and available only through us. Rate and availability not guaranteed until deposit received.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations accepted without penalty December 19, 2024. Cancellations, reduction in occupancy or length of stay, changes in room type or no-show after December 19, 2024 will result in loss of the full reservation amount. No exceptions for any reason. This includes weather, health, or travel related issues. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is recommended.
