No penalty if canceled by January 17, 2024. Cancellations between January 18, 2024, and February 17, 2024, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after February 17, 2024, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.

Group room rates starting at $299 per night.
The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through 5pm (PT) on February 15, 2024 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. After 5pm (PT) on February 15, 2024 any changes to existing room reservations (names, dates, etc.) will be accepted based upon space and rate availability.
Group rates will be subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38% and a daily Resort Fee of $35.00 plus 13.38% tax. The resort fee and tax are both subject to change.
Rollaway beds $50 per rollaway, per night, based on hotel availability. Restrictions may apply.
Reservation holder must be at least 21 years of age and all guests will be required to show a valid government issued ID upon check-in.
Like most hotels, Wynn Las Vegas requires a pre-authorization of $150 for each night’s stay to cover incidentals upon check-in. Should a guest not provide a credit card, the Resort will require a cash deposit of $300 per night for incidentals at the time of check-in. Please note that if a guest uses a debit card, the pre-authorization will act as a direct withdrawal from the attendee’s bank account. The funds will be automatically withdrawn upon check-in.
PARKING: Valet is a subject to a fee, self-parking is complimentary for hotel guests.
