No penalty if canceled by July 22, 2025. Cancellations between July 23, 2025, and August 22, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after August 22, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through August 20, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. After August 20, 2025 any changes to existing room reservations (names, dates, etc.) will be accepted based upon space and rate availability.
“Run of Hotel” guest room is defined as hotel's choice of a standard suite and/or The Venetian, Venezia and Palazzo Tower.
Group rates will be subject to the prevailing suite tax, and a reduced *daily resort fee of $45 plus tax for those who book their room through NWS/NWWT only (otherwise it's approximately $50 plus tax, per suite, per night). The resort fee and tax are both subject to change.

CANCELLATIONS: Guest room cancellations accepted by hotel without penalty until 7 days prior to arrival.
