No penalty if canceled by January 9, 2025. Cancellations between January 10, 2025, and February 9, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after February 9, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through February 6, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. After February 6, 2025 any changes to existing room reservations (names, dates, etc.) will be accepted based upon space and rate availability. Group rates will be subject to the prevailing room tax, which is currently 13.38% and a reduced *daily resort fee of $35 plus 13.38% tax for those who book their room through NWS/NWWT only (otherwise it's approximately $45 plus tax, per room, per night). The resort fee and tax are both subject to change..
