No penalty if canceled by June 11, 2025. Cancellations between June 12, 2025, and July 12, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after July 12, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.
We recommend that you reserve your accommodations well in advance and prior to registering for the meeting to avoid disappointment. We have a block of rooms for seminar participants. Once this block is sold, rooms are on availability only and may be at a higher rate.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through July 9, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first.
• Rates are per night and subject to 16.5% tax, $40 plus tax, per room, per day Resort Fee, and $2 per room, per night occupancy tax. Tax rate subject to change without notice.
• Hotel Requires a 2 night stay minimum
• For triple and quadruple occupancy there is a $20 additional charge per adult (18 years or older) per room per night, with maximum occupancy of four (4) persons per room.
• 1 King or 2 Queen beds, based on hotel availability at time of check-in. The hotel does not have any 2 queen bedded rooms available except for the following dates: arriving on 8/11 and departing on 8/13. Roll-a-ways can be added for a charge of $35.00 for the duration of the stay.
• Reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older and must be present at the time of check-in
Resort Fee Includes: Exclusive access to the posh Cavalier Beach Clubs private oceanfront featuring a seaside infinity pool, bar and grill poolside service, and full array of beach amenities including (2) beach chairs, beach cooler, towels, and more. complimentary 30-minute access to the sauna and steam rooms located in the luxurious SeaHill spa, Live Music, access to a variety of resort activities, including wine tastings, mermaid meet and greets, kids crafts, metal detectors, beach cruisers, self guided tour book. Inclusions are subject to change.

All rooms are non-smoking and pet-free. Guests smoking inside the Hotel, or having a pet occupied room, are in violation of these policies and will result in a cleaning surcharge up to $1,000 applied to the individual Guest’s folio.

PARKING: Valet parking is available for day as well as overnight guest. Self-parking is not available. Event parking is $5 per hour and overnight parking is $30 per car, on a per day/night basis, with unlimited in/out privileges. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Group room rates only available via NWS/NWWT reservation link (which will open for reservations approximately 1 year prior to the meeting).
DEPOSIT REQUIRED: Credit card for one night's room plus tax required at the time of booking to reserve your room.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations accepted by hotel without penalty until 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellation received by hotel inside 7 days of arrival will forfeit one night's stay plus tax. Early departure fees apply. Early departures will be charged a penalty for room and tax for full reserved stay. If you are are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax. Please review your reservation for accuracy. Travel insurance is highly recommended.
