No penalty if canceled by July 2, 2025. Cancellations between July 3, 2025, and August 2, 2025, will incur a $100 fee. Cancellations after August 2, 2025, are not eligible for a refund. However, 50% of tuition paid may be applied toward tuition for another Northwest Seminars program within the next 12 months. Cancellation must be made in writing. No tuition credit or refund will be issued for attendees who are no-shows for the program.
Register early to assure your spot. We reserve the right to close registrations to a course at any time without notice. We may be unable to accommodate onsite registrations.

The discounted group rate is available for reservations made through July 30, 2025 or until the group block is full, whichever occurs first. Limited rooms available for the weekend.
Room rates are per night and subject to 13.5% occupancy tax, $0.75 per room per night California Tourism Assessment, and $30 per room, per night Resort Services Fee.Taxes and fees subject to change without notice.
The Resort Service Fee is reflected in the total reservation amount due, but not reflected in the deposit on your reservation; it will be charged on arrival.
Resort Services Fee includes: S’mores Kit, use of Pedal Bikes in the summer months, weather permitting, lawn games, weather permitting, guided nature hikes, weather permitting, steam room & sauna access, two reusable water bottles, access to game room, “Dive-in” movies. The Amenity Fee is reflected in the total amount due, but not reflected in the deposit on your reservation; it will be charged on arrival. Resort service fee inclusions are subject to availability and may be substituted at any time.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of room reservations or requests for reduction in length of stay received by the hotel inside of 30 days of guest arrival date will forfeit the entire reserved stay plus tax and resort fee. No refunds for late arrivals, early departures, or room category downgrades. Early departure fees apply. If you check out of the hotel before your scheduled departure date or are a complete no-show, you will be charged a penalty for your entire reserved stay plus tax and resort fee.
